You know the drill (excuses)... life's been hectic here, the dog peed on my laptop, I'm in such high demand I just don't have the time blog. Whatever! *insert eye roll here* Before I dive in to all the what's going on around our home I want to thank Ness from “A Military Wife’s Mayhem!”. Thank you for the award and I promise to pass it along today!
NaBloPoMo's new month startes tomorrow, June's theme is HEROES! Sign up on their blogroll.
Now onto our regularly scheduled blog of family updates... Christopher was promoted to Master Sergeant and will be kept on at King's College as an ROTC Instructor for another year. We celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary! And there are rumors that deployment #4 is coming in 2011. *insert bad words here*
Haillie turned 13 and is only two inches shorter than me. I swear she was just in diapers a day ago. She was invited to join the Junior Honor Society but didn't make it due to her lack of community service. Nevermind that her GPA is 3.95 dumb old Honor Society people. I wouldn't of put that stupid bumper sticker on my car anyway. She is going to England next year with school and is all excited. Dad and mom who are flipping the bill not so much. My baby in another country scares me!
Abby also had a birthday and turned 10, no more babies in our house. God bless her and I love her but she is the laziest child. So this summer is all about making her more independent and responible. She is so ready for school to be over and is already planning what friends come over on which days. We are also trying to decide what instrument she will be taking up for her first year of band. She keeps changing her mind and keeps asking which one is easier to learn. *omg* Kick the lazy monster to the curb and pick one already!
Oh that leaves me *my turn! my turn!* I will be graduating on June 20! And do you know what that means? Absolutly nothing, apparently I really can't get a job with a Web Design Diploma. Um funny cause I remember asking that question when I signed up. So now I'm looking to transfer and held towards my Associates. I think that does it and we are caught up here. Turn in tomorrow for Mosaci Monday and my NaBloPoMo post.
