Couscous w/Mushrooms

Omg! this is my new side dish favorite. I can't believe I've never had couscous before. The only changes I made where I used chicken stock instead of the water and omitted the salt. Delicious! Now I'm off to look for dessert recipes that I can make with couscous. I just like saying the word, it's driving my kiddos crazy.
Ingredients
1-1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup uncooked couscous
1 can (7 oz) mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring the water, butter, chicken bouillon, salt and pepper to a boil. Stir in the couscous and mushrooms. Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

I love it too! It's so easy and can take any flavor.
