where is my kid? day 2…
What a quiet morning. I slept in till 7:00 am since I didn't have to get up with Haillie. Still no text received. That extra hour of sleep really has messed up my morning routine. By the time Haillie is suppose to leave for school and Abby wakes up I have the dishwasher unloaded, laundry started and Abby's lunch packed. This week is so messed up I don't even have a clue what's for dinner. I'm just not interested in anything. I want my kiddo home.
So what did Miss Hails do today? Well once again I'm assuming here but she should have made a visit to the Tower of London.
Afterwards lunch then a trip to St. Paul's Cathedral.
She then stopped by the Tate Modern.
Followed by dinner at The Silver Cross. Tonight's menu includes a Mixed Salad, Fish and Chips and for dessert Apple Pie.

That must be very stressful to have a child out of the country! Hope you hear from her soon!
No news is good news...right? That's what I always tell myself. I hope you hear from her soon and can enjoy your spring break!
I'm so jealous of her right now. I would love to be exploring a new country!
I'm sure she's having a wonderful time and flexing her independence by not calling or texting to check in.
I admit to be awful, to this day, at checking in with my mom to let her know I'm doing OK and enjoying my travels when I'm out of town. And, it still drives her nuts that I don't call to let her know that I'm doing OK
