stromboli…

This stromboli ended up monstrous! *omg* At first I was going to complain that I will never make another one it was too expensive. I spent a little of $10 just for the ham, sausage, hard salami, pepperoni and provolone cheese. I already had the mushrooms and all the ingredients for the dough. Where we can buy a delicious medium Stromboli at our local pizzeria for $7.99 and it feeds the two of us. BUT! this monstrous delicious masterpiece fed us both dinner and lunch the next day. I don't really have a recipe to share. I made the pizza dough I normally make, rolled it out about 11 inches by 8 inches. I spread a very light thin layer of mustard on the dough. Then layered ham, provolone, hard salami, mushrooms, pepperoni, sprinkled so shredded cheese I had in the fridge more ham and one last layer of provolone. Rolled it up like a jelly roll and sealed the edges. Brushed it with some melted butter and then sprinkled parmesan cheese and oregano. Bake it in a preheated oven at 350 ⁰F for 30 minutes.
