I am so ready for a nap. Christopher had to get up this morning at 3:30a and I have been up since. My butt is dragging. I have Christmas music blasting and the house can't get much cleaner. I am bored out of my mind waiting for the Dish Network Crew to get here and hook us up. Perfect time to bake a yummy fall treat to keep myself awake. I already had all the ingredients on hand. Shield your eyes, the orange counter is blinding!
Gooseberry Patch Autumn with Family & Friends

1 cup pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
12 wooden craft sticks
Preheat oven to 350 ⁰F. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions; stir in apples and cinnamon. Fill paper-lined jumbo muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near center tests clean. Combine caramels and milk in a small saucepan over low heat; stir until melted and smooth.
