Weekly Menu For Jan 17

Sunday: Chicken Ranch Burgers & Pierogies
Monday: Steak, Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Corn & Biscuits
Tuesday: Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes
Wednesday: Crockpot Chicken Tacos & Smooth Sweat Tea
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Homemade Pizza & Cinna Sticks
Saturday: Chili & Corn Bread

Yum! Can't wait to see some more recipes! You are good mama to have your menus planned out! How do you decide what to make?

There are so many factors this might sound insane but really it’s not that complicated. First I peak at last year’s menu, then I take request, after that I check out the freezer to see what meats I have available. I plan out the meat first, this week it’s chicken, beef, pork, chicken, leftovers, pizza, beef. I try to only have two chicken meals because if it where up to me we would have chicken every night. I don’t make the same meal twice a month, unless it’s requested. It helps that I’m a recipe junkie and at the moment I’m cleaning out all my recipe cards and books. I love and picking up new recipes from friends. I use to try to plan a month at a time but that was too overwhelming, weekly works for me.
